place with supporting validation capabilities

supply network and sub-tier supplier Effective management is a way to make the
smooth responsiveness.
Every company wants to avoid risk because
risk is very danger to their company. Risk Mitigation is very important to supplier
selection. Have are 4 term in risk mitigation for Medtronic company. First is financial
stability and effective business continuity plans and processes. Second is mature
risk analysis process and the ability to develop effective process controls
that are sustained over time. Beside, suppliers that recognize they share in
the responsibility to deliver the Medtronic Mission by adhering to Medtronic’s
Responsible Supply Chain policies. The lastly is number five, that is compliance
with applicable laws and diligent in ethical business practices, environmental
responsibility, workplace health and safety, and human resources. This is
important to complete the risk mitigation.
